We are delighted to announce that the new Ladies First Team manager is Georgia Key!
G has been with the club as a player for 7 years and has much experience in the female game.
G, pictured below, said ‘Having played for Wyrley for some time now, I’m thrilled to have been given the opportunity to manage a team that I greatly value being a part of. I am looking forward to working with this group of talented and committed players as we move into the second half of the season.’

The club is hoping to have 4 autistic teams in place next season – a magnificent effort to get anyone who want to play the game playing!
Lots of praise and thanks to Tracie Fairfax-Henry and Paul Wray for their tremendous efforts. We now really, really want to set up Down Syndrome teams. We potentially have one volunteer coach but need others and then players aged 8 upwards. We will then set up sessions. Do you know someone who can help? Can you help? Do you know a footballer who happens to have Downs who would be interested? Please get in touch with us.
Huge congratulations go to our U15s Roma boys who won the County Cup last night – beating Four Oaks on penalties at Rushall Olympic!!
This is a great achievement, as in 41 years, they are only the 4th Wyrley team to pick up a County cup!!
